Fritz Walter Stadion, Kaiserslautern
The Stadium was built on the Betzenberg Mountain, and henced is nicknamed Betzenberg, it was inaugurated in 1926. It is the home to the Bundesliga club 1. FC Kaiserslautern it is located in the city of Kaiserslautern. It is also one of the Stadiums to be used in the 2006 World Cup. Named after the 1954 captain of the West German World Cup Side. The stadium was renovated during 2003-2003 with a capactity of 48,500. The expansion that cost 48.3 million Euros included a new floodlight system and a media center.
